I did an 8-week course with Paula and it had such a positive impact. It was well planned and structured but she brought a very relaxed manner to the whole thing. She is gifted in reaching out to people and putting their minds at ease. I found the whole experience to be really supportive. It helped me enormously. In fact I felt quite liberated afterwards.
I found the Mindful Practice sessions with Paula to be extremely beneficial to me and the staff culture around me. The benefits extended beyond my time in the sessions. It was lovely to do these sessions before the day started as we all approached the day with a sense of healthy presence and thoughtful calmness.
Working with Paula changed my life. Sessions were always engaging and change would have never happened without the careful construction of a safe and non-judgemental space. Advice and coping mechanisms were always tailored to the problem. I think one of Paula’s best qualities is her ability to listen and hear you out. I’d always leave our sessions feeling lighter, like some sort of weight was lifted off my shoulders. I could not recommend Paula’s services enough.
Paula is an exceptional therapist who taught me how to understand my own mindset and gave me the tools to deal with problems independently. After being initially sceptical of therapy, Paula created a warm and open environment where I felt I could be honest and speak freely, helping me to progress far beyond what I thought was possible.
Thank you for bringing a bit of peace, humour and genuine learning into our workplace on a Wednesday morning. It felt like a great remedy to the mid week slump.
Paula provided practical strategies and ways to explain things to my child and helped me understand how to communicate both our needs. Paula’s joint and individual consultations empowered my son to communicate confidently, in a shared well-being language between us.
I think this should be a regular CPD session for staff, as this would manage and support staff wellbeing so much.
I have found the sessions so insightful and impactful; they have really helped me with balancing my feelings of stress and processing difficult conversations. Also, they have helped me hold myself accountable for looking after my wellbeing.
