At Finding Flourish, I believe that wellbeing isn’t something we only give our attention to after hours. Most of us spend the majority of our week working and so a wellbeing structure needs to be built into this time. When organisations invest in the wellbeing of their teams, they are supporting productivity but they’re shaping a culture where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to live and work well.
This isn’t just crisis prevention or reactive fire-fighting, it’s flourishing in action.
Why Workplace Wellbeing Matters
It is widely researched and reported that burnout, stress, and mental health struggles are at an all-time high. There are countless reasons why this is the case and work may not always the principal factor behind poor wellbeing but it is a great place to boost it. Workplaces are made of people and people deserve to feel good in their lives and in their work.

What I Offer
I collaborate with organisations to create bespoke wellbeing support that works in real life, not just on paper. Whether that’s a one-off workshop or a longer-term programme, everything is tailored with intention, practicality, and compassion in mind. My provision is designed to work around and with routines that are already in place and the goal is always to provide something that offers long-term impact.
Offerings include:
· Wellbeing workshops (Balancing Work and Life, Resilience, Avoiding Burnout, Mindfulness, Emotional Awareness)
· Team coaching and reflective practice sessions
· 1:1 support for leaders or employees
· Mental health awareness and response training (designed primarily for managers/leaders)
· Ongoing wellbeing strategy consultation
Using the scaffolding of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the gentle strength of coaching, and the insight of awareness training, I help organisations create a space where people can move from ‘just coping’ to truly flourishing.
