- What I do -

One-to-one sessions

These 50-minute sessions are held on Zoom and are directed and focused entirely on your needs - often helped by my colleague, Obi the whippet.

We will work together to assess the current issue, identify potential triggers, and develop appropriate ways of working with the problem.

We aim for closure of therapy at a time when you feel ready to practice your skills independently, there is no rush to get there but that is where we are going.

I am motivated by one goal: getting you to a place of taking ownership of your own wellbeing. My support is here when you need it but your time of flourish is yours to relish.

Cost £90 per session

Issues I commonly address include:

  • Anxiety
  • Pressure/Stress (including exam/performance stress)
  • PTSD
  • Low mood or depression
  • Positive preparation for big changes (school/university transition)
  • Living well

Parent workshops

Supporting young people in a helpful and appropriate way can be difficult. Ensuring they feel happiness and ease can feel almost impossible. Throw into the mix the fact you are their parent and it might just feel like an unsolvable puzzle.

These webinars are designed to help you understand the child and teenage experience and how we can practically support their wellbeing with skill, compassion, and understanding. There is time for theory, tactics, and talking.

Cost £30 per family for online workshops

Compassionate workplace

There is no doubt that burnout is a real issue; we know that mental health difficulties have been on the rise exponentially in the past few years.

We know that the world of work and our personal experience of wellbeing are almost impossible to separate. There are often claims we don't talk about these things enough but perhaps it is the case that we talk about it quite a bit but what are we actually doing about it?

These workshop days are designed to inform, create, and build sustainable change by introducing the worlds of work and wellbeing and teaching them how to get along. The central theme of these workshops is compassion and the power it has to implement significant positive change for the individual experience and the broader workplace culture.

Cost: varies depending on workshop

Themes so far have included:

  • Compassionate leadership: tapping into our human, feeling side to draw out the best in our colleagues and ourselves. Seeing how compassion can gain enhance productivity, generate loyalty, and ultimately improve an environment.
  • Mindfulness: 8 week adapted courses to bring present moment living to the workplace.
  • Breathe or break: building resilience and learning to navigate pressure and make it a useful tool, rather than something we dread.
